I bought a washing machine and a wardrobe on account. Shortly thereafter I cancelled the wardrobe order. Which was correctly finalized by the staff at the Paarl branch. The washing machine was in my possession but NOT the wardrobe.
I was incorrectly billed for both the wardrobe and washing machine over a period of two years.
The amount owed to me is -R3000 which is the monthly installments for the wardrobe.
The accounts department of Best electric does not want to refund the above mentioned amount or provide me with a store voucher of that amount.
This is a substantial amount of money and I am NOT willing to pay for an item that I never received!
I have been in contact with Best Electric's account department with no success and they are just denying that any amount is due back to me.
