Game uninterested to maintain Trojan products

Bought a Trojan Ironman 520 treadmill from Game Tygervalley on 15/05/2013. We were assured of excellent after sales service. And, should something go wrong it will be easily fixed - it also has a 1 year warranty. We were also happy that this top of the range model is suitable for everyday use.

It broke in the beginning of this year. But, being under warranty we reported the fault on 02/01/2014. I was rather disappointed by the fact that I ended up working with M5 Sports Group who turns out to do the actual repair work. Disappointing, since after all, I bought it from Game not M5 Sports Group.

M5 is totally unorganized and unprofessional (see their Hello Peter record). After many mails and calls, I approached the Tygervalley branch manager on 21/01 for help. She was equally incapable of solving the issue.

Long story short by 27/01 it was still not fixed. I submitted a lengthy complaint to the regional manager and finally managed to return it for a refund on 28/01.

It took a month and they didn't even get close to fixing this everyday use product. Game is clearly uninterested in maintaining their Trojan products.

So, if you have problems return it for a full refund!
