I have now reported twice to SAB the problem experienced when I bough a case of Black Label beers just before X-mas at the local Pick 'n Pay Liquor Store at Wonderpark. I bought the case of beer before I and family went on fishing week to Hartbeespoort Dam. I have phoned the customer care line during January 2013 and sent complaint via internet now February as they do not respond or even bother to revert back. After arriving at the dam, putting up all the tent poles etc, wanted to have a well deserved cold drink. What a surprise - the first can opend only half filled, my son opened one - half filled. In NW the bottle stores are closed on Sundays and we indulged ourselves with the half filled tins of beer. However kept two tins back as proof. Everybody laugh when they feel these cans. What a joke and money losing. SAB you're just as bad as a certain financial institution. Friends be careful. Feel/test each can before you buy them. I personnally will not buy black label or any other product from SAB again. Please support me in this action.
