19 October 2013, I bought 4 x 12 pack Black Label at Checkers Raslouw Lifestyle liquor store. I unpacked them in the fridge, and noticed that some of the bottles has Hansa labels and caps. The beer inside these bottles also taste bull. I phoned in that week, and i was told they a voucher will be posted to me and I must then take the bottles back to the liquor store. Needless to say, i am still waiting. I have followed up 3 times and every time they promise to contact me back. Please advise what i need to do next in order to resolve this complaint. I have spoken to Dolly a few times, but nothing gets done after that. This is really disappointing!!!
