No delivery, no updates, just no service

I thought this was a trustworthy company, being around for so long. But yet again I am dissappointed and frustrated. I order my mattress on 29 Jan 2013, was told it would take 3 weeks to order and deliver it, which I was fine with. I got a call about a week later from someone trying to sell me a different size because they have that in stock. It has now been a month, tried phoning yesterday, the guy took all my details and said he would check and phone me back and I still have no response, WHERE IS MY ORDER!??!?!!?!?!?! Will definitely NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. (order num. 2332)
