Bought a couple of things from the Cape Union Mart store in wood mead on the 12/09/13 just before we went down to cape town. Amongst the things was a pair of shorts that I had bought as a surprise for my partner. When he checked it that evening it was clear the shorts were too big and that I would need to exchange it. I carefully studied the details on the front and back of slip to determine if there would be an issue. No issue as it seemed I could return the goods within 12 months if it was in its original state, great I thought as I would only return it when we were back from holiday. Back to the store in the 21/09/13 to exchange the shorts for a smaller size and from the moment JASON assisted us I was annoyed and dissatisfied with his level of service.
First he without even looking at the slip or shorts pointed to the no exchange sign on the counter, then he went on one tangent after the other, first he couldn't exchange/return then he would if it was within 10 days then he scanned the pants we were taking at double the price only after I enquirer about the item as marked for sale did he check the price and it was half price then he wouldn't refund difference, it was a nightma
