I was buying eggs and noticed (amongst other product, like milk bread and cheese in this same store)) that all the egss expiring last were packed and stacked at the bottom and underneath all the eggs expiring last. The world famous note of FIRST IN FIRST OUT should apply.
i spoke to one of the managers and pointed this out to him as a friendly gesture so they would not have loads of expired products go to wastage. This man shouted at me and told me "And which products do you think these are". I repeated myself about the eggs and explained the dates. He rolled his eyes at me and noted that i was wrong and that i mustnt tell him how to do his job. I replied that if he was not interested fine and that there was no need to be rude. He waved me away with his hand as if i was a bothersome fly. also a staff member took off promotional products off shelve (petleys) as the promotion finishes on weekend. Staff said management will replace when promotion finishes.
I have had quite a few issues with managers from this branch one in particular not following Pick n Pay policies and being very rude (Some staff have witnessed this). Is this a franchise branch which allows them to do this?
