Myself and a Friend of mine went to Pick 'n Pay Hyper, Brackenfell to purchase promotional items. On our arrival the Promotional ail, was packed with Promotional items with no prices on. We spoken to one of the client service people, Ian, which had to go and scan several Items to assist us. Ian took over 20 minutes to get back to use. I, Maryke Shaw, then called the General Manager, Abdullah Regal, to assist us in this regard. He explained to use that the items is not on promotion any more, and the prices have change, which price tags is still awaited from there printing department. I did not agree with Mr Regal regarding this matter, due to the fact that the items were still on the Promotional ail. When Ian came back he gave us prices that is the same prices for the products on non promotion. I explained to Mr Regal that it is unacceptable that the items on the Promotional ail (which is clearly marked with a huge red "ON PROMOTION") is not on promotion and that I have came to purches over R500 rands worth of Promotional products. We were over 7 clients that were upset due to this matter and over 1h of my time was wasted due to no prices, which resulted in non Promotional prices.
