I bought couches at Furniture city in July 2011, I was forced to take out insurance even though I explained that I am covered/ co- insurer on my fiance's insurance.
I have been strugling to cancel my insurance on the couches so that I can settle my account. I have contacted African Bank myself now just to find out they havent received the neccesary documentation from Furniture city (Helen).
These people needs to be properly trained! Where have you heard about a customer is wrong, customer is always right but with their attitude the have shown they feel different. Will never shop there again!!
