I purchased a set of couches from Furniture City sometime in June, i was told the goods will not leave the store without insurance even though i stated that i have household insurance with another company, so i was advised that I must take it and then cancel it later after i receive my goods. Since that time i have been struggling with them to cancel it its 5 months down the line and still nothing, i went to the store four times already and every time am promised that it will not appear on my next statement. But it's now December and am tired of this bad service. I will never buy anything from furniture city again.
