Bought a set of leather couches in March 2009. in 2010 they started peeling off then in 2011 it got worse thats when i communicated with Nictus about the problem I spoke to Helen who later sent a representative to take photos of the couches in 2012. I believe couches are not something that should be replaced within 5 years. This year I called and spoke to Marcia who indicated that they can send someone to do upholstery but at my own cost. I was misled to believe they are leather couches yet they are not.
