Only 3 months and remove all info

i Bought a Phone, Nokia E 63 from Markham Mall of the North, Limpopo, Polokwane, somewhere in December 2011,

I went to enquire at Makham, Landros Maree street, Polokwane Limpopo...

the lady was not nice to me, she said, hau, every 3 nonths we delete info from the system.

is it true? i need a proof that in 2011 December i purchased a phone from Makham, it is very crucial.

please assist me, i know you guys strive to satisfy customers.
