I bought a wedding ring at American Swiss mall of the north polokwane in Limpopo province on September 2013 as my wedding was on October . the ring was big then we had to send it back for resizing, we were told it will be ready in 5 working days, we went back and get the ring only to find out that one stone was missing then we sent it back again, when it came back still the stone was not there, we were advised to change and take another ring as the one we initially wanted was no longer in good shape.
We took another one and to our surprise they resize but again the stone is missing AGAIN., till today on 20 November we still waiting for the ring. im fed-up with the bad service they are providing
