Incorrect info causing me to suffe

I phoned the Markham/TFG call centre last week and spoke to a lady there who confirmed that I owe TFG R5812.09 which should be paid by the 12th of October and then I could close my account. I asked her for a reference number for the call, and she told me that I do not have a reference nr, but the calls are logged to my profile, so they can listen to the call at any time. I left it there, and my mother paid the amount mentioned above and also sent me the proof of payments made to you guys. Today, I went to the Centurion mall, went to Markham to close my account, they said I still owe an amount of R136.00 and some odd cents. Of course I was not very happy and the gentleman at the till offered to phone in and sort it out. He could not sort it out as they were adamant that I owe you guys money. I was told by a MANAGER who didn't even give me her name that I was given the incorrect info. She said that they can't retrieve the call without a name/ref nr. Now what am I supposed to do? Sort your out! I refuse to pay you guys another CENT! sort this out and close my account with immediate effect! I also want a paid up letter to confirm that I don't owe you anything. Thank you!
