3 Weeks still no repair on television

I took my television set in for repair on the 12.02.2013 since the set lost its picture. It took them 1 1/2 hour to book the set it but I promised myself not to loose my temper so I stood there while the clearly unquilified assistant struggled to put the info in the computer.
The assistant switched my set on and told me the tv doesnt come on at all. I TOLD him no the set does have sound its just that the settings on the tv is set to external speakers as I use my surround sound system. And since the tv lost its picture I couldnt set it to tv speaker before I brought it in for repairs. He said oh and he started typing.
After I paid a initual R350 quote fee, cos without this money they repair centre couldnt take the repair. They told me this R350 IS non refundable if you should decide that you dont want the tv repaired. I waited until the 22nd when I received my first call from them saying I need to pay R1495 for the repair. I went to them on the 25th and asked if they could tell me the repair details. They couldnt as it only said "unit repair R1495". i ASKED a detailed quote which they couldnt give me the lady said she will email it to me. I am still waiting? Its the 27th.???
