I handed in two pairs of sunglasses (Oakley and Ray Ban) that were both purchased at Sunglass Hut due to the lenses pealing. I handed them in at the Pavilion, one pair at Edgars Sunglass Hut the other at the Sunglass Hut Branch in the Pavilion.
Both stores assured me feedback within 6 weeks. I was given the telephone number for Sunglass Head Office to follow up on the assesments.
About a month ago I made contact with Brandon at the Head Office in Cape Town. I was told he would get back to me. He never got back to me so I phoned him again. Again I was promised he would get back to me and he never did. I phoned him again a week later and only got a voicemail message on his phone. This happened anothe three times that I tried to make contact with him.
I then made contact with his manager Ivina who promised to get back to me in 10 minutes. She never phoned me back. I phoned her the next day again just to be told by the switchboard that she was off for the day.
I feel for a company that sells quality products and strive to have a after sale services, the treatment that I received is absolutely shocking.
