Forcing insurance on clients account

A couple of months back i recieved my statement which i have not been recieving for some time now.i am paying for the jet club but i am not using the benefite becouse of not recieving my magazine and ststement on time.i have insured 3cell phones but to my suprise on my statement only two of them are insured, each cell phone has a value of R2000 but one of them is insured for about R4000 which is overcharging me at the end of the day. I found that i have a funeral insurance which i know nothing about, no one called me to offer the product and i did not sign for it it is just there... please help me i want to cancell these things as they are really adding up unecessary stress that i dont need.
