I recently ordered a few products from Yuppicehef on their website, amongst other things a can of Nomu hot chocolate. When the product arrived at my home, it was cracked open (possibly by the courier service). I phoned the call center to request a replacement. What a great experience. Within seconds I was assisted with a new order number, and the promise that a replacement product would be sent to me. That same day the package left their premises, and the next morning it was delivered to my house. Now for the best part. With the replacement came a HANDWRITTEN note made out to me personnally, apologising for the damaged product and expressing the wish that I will enjoy the new can of hot chocolate. I have never seen or heard of anything like this ever before! This is by far the very best customer service I have ever experienced in any business. Well done! I have told many people about this, and I hope they all start to buy everything from you. I will support you in future!!!
