Dear Peter,
This afternoon, 26 Feb 2013, Tues was at Mr Price to do some shopping at the Woodmead Retail park. I was horrified at the service level, not just with one person, but with 3 including the manager. Attitude was at the worst.
I expect a courteous and a pleasant response if i am looking for a item, but what i got there was " Please do not ask us" they made out as if we were disturbing them, rude, back answering and ofcourse no Smile.
I am a big customer of Mr Price, but I do nto think i will ever go to that particular branch.
