I went cna Heidelberg branch looking to buy a pen, then a took a Parker pen that had a price tag of R179 on it, when I went to the till to pay and the pen was scanned it cost R50 more, I was told that the prices had gone up, but the price tag still had another price as a consumer I know that if something has a price tag on it then it should be sold at that price, to make matters worse it was a bunch of pens that had the same price tag. The manager there gave me some attitude when I requested that the matter be sorted out.
