I just want to compliment Rage shoe store at Bayside - Cape Town for handling my matter with such great and excellent attitide. People need that kind of excellent service...
i bought shoes at another Rage branch for a special occasion and noticed that the one shoe had a little problem when i had to wear the shoes; i wore them anyway thinking it wasn't a big deal but they turned out to be very uncomfortable after wearing them once that evening. i kept the shoes for a week as I couldn't return them during the week and they didn't give me any problem exchanging the shoes considering i bought the shoes from another branch and not even from them.
i just want to thank the Manager for handling this matter with such ease and friendliness;
i would definately give them more Business...
