POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE

A corner unit lounge suite was bought from the above; the cushion stuffing was a problem with losing shape; we were told to report to their "factory" in Lea Glen where the cushion stuffing was changed by Coricraft; they admitted fault!
This lasted only a short while, same problem again; after much waiting they sent an assessor to evaluate, he agreed and replaced the stuffing with high density foam for which we waited nearly 2 months, they finally arrived after much coaxing, they then tried to charge us R1500, which we refused, they then agreed to do the change free of charge.
Whoa and behold, the foam has also now collapsed and Coricraft once again sent an assessor to inspect;
SORRY WE ARE NOT PREPARED TO REPLACE!!
MORAL OF THE STORY, STEER CLEAR FROM CORICRAFT!
