On 15.02.2013 at 11:00 I went the store to purchase a chest freezer. Clinton assisted me with the sale and was very helpful. I went to the till point to pay where Chelance was having trouble processing the sael. He called Lameez to assit him. She assisted and he continued but got stuck again. Once again he called for Lameez who decided it was a great idea to now ignore his pleas for help. i walked up to her and asked her please to assist as Chelance has been calling for the past 5 minutes. She ignored me and instructed Audrey to help. Audrey helped whilst shouting something to somoeone else on the other end of the store. I paid cash and a supervisor would need to double check the amount - Chelance again requested for someone to please assist - this time Wilma took a turn and with attitude counted and confirmed the m oney correct. THis kind of customer service is DISGUSTING and what sad is that this is not the first time.
