I was standing in the queue awaiting assistance and the person behind the till counter was busy helping another customer, so she asked Portia to assist me, in which Portia then replied with "I WONT, there is only one till, as it is Sunday..." So no one assisted me and Portia just carried on leaning on a rail, not willing to assist me at all. I knew that she could help me with my purchase as it was an account purchase so she just had to swipe my store card. I was so furious, I decide to put down the things that I really wanted and walk out the store. No one even said a thing to save the "sale"...
