Just when we all complaining about the poor costumer service in this country. I want to thank First National Bank for such an outstanding service I received on Friday 26/07/2013.
Walked in at the Braamfontien service centre, I had too many problems. I had an accident and broke my cheque card earlier that day. I also had a few in permitted debited orders going out of my account. I was warmly welcomed by Audrey! What a professional and kind lady. Audrey helped me with smile and joyful attribute. In no time I had a new activated temp card, my account was upgraded which was a plus. She assisted me with my online and she still asked if there was anything else which could help with.
