To whom it may concern.

I am truly dissapointed with the service i received at the store after logging my complaint and after numerous calls the manager intentionally refused to take my calls, left messages for him to call me back but to no avail, it has been 3 weeks and he did not have the common decency in calling back to find a resolution, i purchased a loung suite which was damaged december last year and up to date have not received the full purchase of products went to the store about 3 weeks ago spoke to the manager to cancel the contract and he came with excuses and told me to call African Bank which i did the debit order went off and im sitting with incomplete goods, im really disspointed i will return their goods and take them to court!
