What a Nightmare restaurant.!!should definitely be considered for being one of the worst restaurants in jhb..

- Emailed booking on the morning of 16/08/2013 - no response..had to call to confirm.
- As soon as we were seated my wife asked for a glass of water - we had to ask twice before we received this.?
- We asked to move to another table as the noise in the restaurant reminded you of being in a fish market in Durban - we were told we cannot as no tables were available.
- Our meals took 45 minutes - my meal was cold... I had to send this back which took another 20 mins..My wide had to eat alone while I looked at her face hungrily.
- I asked to see the manager to explain our dining experience..We had to request for the manager to twice as he didn't seem to want to hear us.
- After explaining to the manager and all we were expecting was a sincere apology, you could see this manager was defensive and very condescending.
- He said "this thing is a nightmare" and had a stinking customer service attitude..He said they very rarely receive complaints and took our complaint very lightly.he also said halo peter is free advertising. He definitely needs to learn customer service skills.
