Me and my fiance went to scan items onto our gift registry. The scanner malfunctioned twice and we had to start over. When we finally managed to get everything scanned we took it to be uploaded to the system. None of the items reflected on the system was ours, it was a list from someone else. When I expressed my concern and explained the seriousness of the matter, the employee named Sibusizo told me in my face to "SHUT UP! I demanded to see the manager. He assured me that they will address the matter and I can expect a phone call from them on the following Monday. To date I have not received an apology. The staff in that store are all very incompetent. Rather go to @home, my experience there was wonderful and very professional.
