Was looking on the net for a Lawnmower. Game advertised one on special. I phoned beforehand as I had to drive a far way. They confirmed they have the mower as advertised in stock. When I got there, they charged R 300.00 more than advertised, saying that the special is not on, although it still appeared on the website and I was their before the deadline as advertised being 24/02/13. I did not have time to go to another shop as the shops started to close, urgently needed a mower and had to pay the R 300.00 more. Not a lot of money, but the principle applies. I formally laid a complaint by furnishing them with a copy of the ad and proof of purchase. They did not even bother to respond. Will never buy at Game again, and people should know, they do not honor their adverts.
