Livid does not even explain how I feel right now. I went shopping at @Home livingspace, the one on the outside of canalwalk. I took a ruffle quilt (trough) that was marked down. The first price R499 and the second one half over the previous price said R159. When I got to the till the cashier wrung the item up and realised it didn't scan R159 and called supervisor. Her supervisor refused to sell the product and said it was the wrong price. This is unecceptable, it is not the consumers fault if you mark items down incorrectly. The consumers act is very clear, you should sell it to the customer. I will not let this go untill they sell it for R159. I've got pictures of the marked down prices.
