I have been trying to get money that was debited from my account in error for the past 2 months and incredible connections/hi-finance doesnt wanna repay me. This is so unfair bearing in mind that if i am not paying any creditor and they communicate with me they charge me collection fees and interest. Why is the same not applying to them.
All i want is for me to be refunded as i am tired of this nonsence.
