I have been trying to get money debited in error since begining of January from Hi-finance and everytime i try i have been sent from one person to the other. Quite frankly, i am tired of their bad customer service. They charge customers collection fees and interest of outstanding repayments and the very same doesnt apply to them. The telephone charges i have incurred are reduculous looking at the number of phone calls i have made to them and email correspondence.
All i want is for them to refund me, thats all.
