On the 14th February, I called Cash Converters in Boksburg and after giving them the numbers at the top of the contracts it was agreed I could extend all four items (gps, bangle, wedding rings, tv) at an additional cost for an extra 10 days. Last week on the 20th (almost a week after the first expired date) I needed the GPS so went redeemed it, they got it from the back where it was still sealed in bubble wrap and said I would be back on 24th to get the rest. Today when I went to get the rest, lo and behold there was only the 2 items - the bangle and wedding rings (also in the back in bubble wrap envelopes), somehow the tv had been sold even though all 4 were under the same conditions, how can that be?
