Disgusting service

I went to pep store in lakeside mall. The service I saw in that place I'm telling you. We waited to buy a phone but ended up not getting it. She was so lazy that she didn't even help us buy said we shud rather go to pep cell. Why the do they have phones if they don't want to sell them? She looked in so much pain but why the f is she doing at work if she's going to give customers service? She didn't help 3 customers and everyone was complaining. There are people looking for jobs yet we have such horrible people working. I'm sick of this
