Rude and inconsiderate

He called me and i was unable to speak to him, i asked him to call me back at a certain time, he didn't say bye and just put the phone down.

He never called, he then called me back the next day and again i could not chat to him, he didn't even ask me if its an okay time to talk to me, again he just put the phone down.

Then he called and i was able to talk to him so we continued and it was a problem telling him where i work or who i work for he couldn't understand what i was saying. then he said we cant help you and just put the phone down again.

Such un-professionalism shouldn't be working in a call centre. There are many people out there looking for jobs and this guy treats his customers so badly.
