Ive had an account with bears for a while and had asked previously to cancel the debit order. For the past 4 months bears was not able to located my EFT payments and a decision was made to re-instate a debit order without my knowledge and whilst I'm making payments through Internet banking. The service is ridiculous because Ive called the call center 4 times and went to my branch regarding the matter but they still debit my account with this naedo system that's puts my account in a negative balance if they dont find money. I'm seriously disgusted about the manner in which this matter is handled, no unpaid fee is charged on their account and i have to deal with the mess they created.
