OUT OF MY MONEY!!!

On 30th January I placed an online order with Rush Energy for a Q Station Tablet. I made payment a few days later after I had spoken to a sales rep. A week later I called to query the delivery date, the receptionist confirmed delivery would commence on 13th February 2012. However, to date the tablet has not arrived neither has there been any communication of the delay.

On Wednesday, 20th February I tried calling their offices and had no luck getting through (all day), I then sent an email to [Email Removed] and by the following day had still not received a response. I tried calling again and this time someone answered stating a different company name. Only after I had insisted that I had dialled the correct number had the lady confirmed that "It is sort of" Rush Energy Pty Ltd. I once again left my details for Kyle to contact me and have not yet gotten a response.

I am extremely frustrated and without a doubt feel as though I have been out of my money!!!
