Hi my name is Nonhlanhla Msezane, my gran-mother has an account with Jet and few year ago one of the edcon consultant called her to sell her Cell C subscription fee of R50 and she lost the Phone a month before they transfered the airtime and she went to Jet Eloff street after seeing the statement to report and nothing was done about it.. i personaly called Jet and they promised me to attend to that matter and till this day they have`nt done as they promised but they still billing her for the airtime that she doesnt even use... im not sure the exact year but i know that she has been paying this for years now. and what make me suprise is what is CellC saying about this how can they bill the number that is not been used for all this years? please help them pay my gran-mothers money back. she is old to go up and down and getting false promises..Her details are as follows Ms S Msizane acc 7006600100041831746..
