After such a struggle and numerous calls that I have made. My issue was finally resolved and to be honest that's what drives customer satisfaction. Exceptional customer service needs to be given to customers at all times and within an agreed SLA. Thanks to Nontlatla Shongwe from Brits Mall who gave me a call after the second complaint and advised me in a friendly manner that my case is closed. A big thank you as well to Noxolo Thusi who I called from customer experience department, she has all the qualities of customer experience. She empathised with me; you would swear she was just trained today.
