Still, issue not resolved as promised on 22/07/2013 by Rochester Head Office this time and still we wait to see what excuse they come up with next. I honestly cannot believe that this issue is not treated as urgent and or important. I suppose charging a lot and not supplying what was bought is the new norm?! Rather close your doors Rochester as the complaints far exceeds the compliments... that is if you noticed and or cared?! Let me teach you this... V.O.C - Voice Of the Customer, put yourself in the shoes of the customer and decide whether you will be content with the situation and also to what lengths you as the then customer would go through in order to get what you paid for. Answer, don't answer, it's not up to me but know this, I will not stop until the issue is resolved to my satisfaction!!! I'm the customer... remember that!
