So i have a crossed line and logged 3 calls with Telkom and 2 of them are closed as resolved.
I have had this issue since Saturday 20 April and Telkom is not doing a thing about it. I get called and tell the Tech the issue and still nothing.
I have called tons of times to get this escalated and nothing.
This is causing huge delays and this is very bad service.
I needed this issue resolved like 3 days ago.
