We regularly go to the Spur in Atterbury Value Mart and we have had some trouble with some of the staff who in most cases seem to be new but every single time once the query was escalated to the manager Riaan it was resolved within minutes.
The thing about his style is he doesn't just resolve the problem but the issue also go that extra length to communicate the situation to the waiter and also giving excellent feedback to us as clients.
Once again I was there on Sunday (08-25) after we placed an we wanted to purchase Durky sauce subsequent to that and the waiter didn't seem to know what we asked for nor I to address the issue. Riaan stepped in and made thing happen and after a bit of frustration from our side we were more that happy on how he addressed the issue and resolved the problem.
This was one of many issues where his way of managing things gives you that assurance that you get what you pay for in terms of product and service.
We have gotten to know the owner over time but compliments to him too for placing such a competent person in this position.
