I ordered a notebook and software from PC Direct. AJ made sure that I got my order even though there was only one computer left in stock and he had to get the software from a bulk order. They delivered the software and computer with separate deliveries to ensure that the one didn't hold up the other.
The delivery of the notebook took a bit longer than expected due to issues with the courier company but AJ kept me informed the whole time and made sure it was delivered as soon as possible.
Would use them any day!
