I went into the Dis Chem at Cresta and asked for a specific ointment only to find out when I arrived back at the office that it was the incorrect one. When I phone Dis Chem I spoke to the lady who actually gave me the goods and she was rude and so I asked to speak to her manager to better assist with the situation. He immediately apologized and said that he would send their driver (Gift) to drop off the correct item and collect the incorrect one as well as clearing the incorrect itme from my medical aid which it had been charged to hassle free. That was at 15.00. Within not even a half an hour Gift had arrived with the correct item AND a card machine to swipe for the item for me. I was AMAZED at the kind and helpful service of both Aadil and Gift. Thank you Dis Chem CRESTA for solving my query so easily and in such a kind manner. Aadil and Gift keep up the GREAT work I am very very impressed and dont remember when last I received such amazing service from anyone actually.
