I went to Dis-Chem on Sunday the 3rd February. I needed a product that they did not have in store, and I asked the Dis-Chem staff on the isle, and she said I must just keep coming back and check, she was not helpful at all.
I then went to the customer care next to entrance door, and the lady at customer care said I should write it down on the book and they will contact me. Nobody has contacted me since Sunday.
This is not the kind of service I expected from Dis-Cheme.
