Last week I have had a grievance with Takealot. I sent an email on a SATURDAY and got an almost immediate reply! Someone listening to you on a weekend!? Eventually everything was sorted out telephonically.
I ordered some items from Takealot last night. Received them today. Less than 16 hours later!
To put things in perspective, on Monday I ordered some (IN STOCK as they claimed) items from KALAHARI. Today (Wednesday) I received an email stating that some of the items are on order from the supplier!
A very sincere thanks to the entire Takealot team. Your efforts ARE appreciated.
