TV not be fixed perfectly whilst still on Warranty

I bought a JVC LT-42N910 3D FHD Smart LED TV on the 4th of January 2013, which just froze and couldn't switch on and took it back for repairs since it was still on warranty on the 3rd of November 2013. I was then called to come and collect my TV on the 22nd of Nov and went to collect it the following day, the 23rd only to find that the TV is now switching on but the picture quality was now poor with Horizontal lines especially when you switch it over to AV. I called N! City House and Home and spoke to a gentlemen who advised me that he is going to order a new TV for me from the supplier. Called again and spoke to a lady who advised me that this particular TV is no longer being manufactured and they can not replace my TV with the exact type. Now my issue is that they want to replace my TV with a Plasma when i bought an LED and i rejected this offer as their policy says they should replace with the same or similar TV. They have also tried to give me a smaller TV and give me back about R1000 which i also refused and asked them to provide me with exactly what their warranty policy says. The service is so poor and I am not seeing any focus in having my issue resolved.
