I sent in a whatch for repairs job card 3307 dated 20 October 2012. Offer many months and having to phone their supplier myself I determined that the whatch was ready for collection in mid December 2012. I phoned the branch in Cresta and was advised there driver was on leave and they suggested I go fetch it myself. On 11 jan 2012 I phoned their supplier and was advised that I should fetch it myself as world time machine had not been to fetch it. I fetched it myself. At no time did WTM ever try to call or advise me of the status of the repairs or when they were going to fetch it. Poor service and they lack follow up and don't care attitude from management
