Worst Service will NEVER do Business with them

Bought machine in May 2012 received September 2012. went thru 3 machines before I could start in October 2012, due to damage. Machine broke 8/08/13. They insisted I must fix the machine MYSELF (no Technician available) in house via the phone and video, kept asking to send machine down, as it would have been easier and quicker. Took 4 weeks for me to convince them to fetch and fix, 11/9/13. They phoned on the 23/9/13 to give a update. Phoned me on 26/09/13 Machine will be collected and delivered following week. Never Received Machine. Myself and staff phoned every day the following week 01/10/13 to find out where it was, They eventually move me to someone else Peter. Was told it would be leave end of that week 4/10/13. Then told it would on Monday 07/10/13 after I phoned again. Phoned on Tuesday 8/10/13, Definitely leaving Tuesday. Phoned today to see where it is 11/10/13, ONLY LEAVING TODAY "MAYBE" I have had to pay instalments out of pocket R8000 as I have had to turn clients away. I have lost business. Bare in mind every time I phoned there was never anyone to help "will call me later" which didn't happen. I feel they should cover my lost of income. WHERE AM I TO BLAME!!
