Hi,

Their service has always been great, being greeted by smiling staff, and whenever I had a question as to where items could be found, I was taken to the specific aisle by the staff member I asked.

Today was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Kellogg's Froot Loops has been back on the market for just over a month now, and Pick 'n Pay in Garden Centre has had them for a few days (normally I would just ask my mom to buy it). Today I went to the store and they were out of stock (which is expected) but when I asked three to four different staff members when they would be receiving new stock, and no one could give me a definite answer, the only one that was able to give me some sort of information was Keith, and said that they have ordered them, but he doesn't know when they would be receiving stock. Normally if I go to other branches, they would take my name and number and the manager would give me a call back (this has happened at the Mont Clare and Constantia Village branches).

Surely the same business practices that one store has should be followed by all? I've been to different branches and they're all sold out. I have even tried different stores.
